when i was a rising freshman i went to this bible camp and one of the rules they had was to ‘not make purple’ (indicating blue as boys and red as girls and that they did not welcome our teenage sexual tension) and my immediate thought was to 'make deep red’ and i think thats when things began to get gay for me
